Piano Workshop "Jazz & Blues Piano Intensive Weekend" (Fri to Sun)
This weekend we'll get straight to the point: working on lead sheets, implementing chords with a melody, improvisation, harmony theory and practical application, building a "concert-ready" song, phrasing and voicing, practice tips, and much more.

About the event
Lecturer: Jan Luley
Target group: Hobby players and amateur pianists with basic knowledge up to semi-professional musicians with and without band experience, classically trained pianists, music teachers
Participation fee: € 280.00
Minimum number of participants: 4 (max. 8)
Lesson content: Playing from lead sheets (melody and chord symbols), improvisational concepts, harmony theory and its practical application, melody development and phrasing, rhythmic and melodic exercises. You can bring your own pieces, or we can work on classics from the Great American Songbook.
Requirements: Several years of piano experience. Ability to play moderately difficult pieces from sheet music. Some experience playing from chord symbols and basic knowledge of harmony (triads, major and minor scales, intervals).
