ARTISTIC PROJECT DIRECTION
With over three decades of experience, we have developed, managed, and curated numerous festivals, concert series, and individual events. We support projects from the initial idea through program planning, artist selection, and budgeting to successful implementation.

In addition to my (Jan Luley's) own projects, we support selected artists and bands in the fields of New Orleans music, gospel, blues, and swing with booking, promotion, and strategic positioning. We combine professional planning with a deep understanding of the music and its target audiences.
WORKSHOP CONCEPTS & IMPLEMENTATION
We develop creative workshop formats for different target groups – from beginners to professionals. The content ranges from improvisation and groove to stage presence and band coaching – always with a focus on musical authenticity and personal development.

As an experienced live musician and certified music educator, Jan Luley has been teaching jazz, blues, and gospel for many years – with a practical and personalized approach. Whether in individual coaching or group workshops, his teaching combines technical fundamentals with a sense of style, expressiveness, and genuine joy in playing.
