Besetzungen, Programmumfang und Rahmenbedingungen werden individuell abgestimmt – vom Clubkonzert bis zur größeren Festivalproduktion. Dabei legen wir Wert auf musikalische Qualität, stilistische Klarheit und eine verlässliche organisatorische Umsetzung.
KÜNSTLERISCHE LEITUNG
Neben der Künstlervermittlung übernehme ich die künstlerische Leitung von Festivals, Konzertreihen und thematischen Projekten. Dabei geht es um mehr als Programmauswahl: Inhalte werden kuratiert, dramaturgische Bögen entwickelt und Formate auf Zielgruppe, Ort und Rahmen abgestimmt.
Von der ersten Idee über die Auswahl der Künstler bis zur inhaltlichen Begleitung während der Durchführung entsteht ein schlüssiges Gesamtkonzept, das musikalische Qualität mit klarer Profilbildung verbindet.
Erfahrungen aus eigenen internationalen Projekten sowie aus der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Veranstaltern fließen in jede Konzeption ein.
NETWORK & INDUSTRY CONTACTS
Thanks to our many years of experience on and off stage, as event organizers, and in the educational field, we have a broad network within the German and international jazz scene. We utilize this network for collaborations, mediation, and to support professional music projects.
WORKSHOP CONCEPTS & IMPLEMENTATION
We develop creative workshop formats for different target groups – from beginners to professionals. The content ranges from improvisation and groove to stage presence and band coaching – always with a focus on musical authenticity and personal development.
