Hila Kulik & Jan Luley

As part of the Tel Aviv 2024 jazz festival, Jan was brought together with Israeli piano virtuoso Hila Kulik for a joint concert. Hila is a graduate of the Queens College Masters Programme (Jazz Performance). She has performed solo or with her band at many prestigious festivals and clubs around the world, including the famous Jazz Cruise Festival (Caribbean Islands), the Red Sea International Jazz Festival (Israel), the Canary Islands Jazz Festival (Spain), Blue Note Jazz Clubs (New York, Milan, Beijing), Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai, etc., and has collaborated with well-known jazz musicians such as vocalist Cyrille Aimee, trumpeter Wayne Tucker, saxophonist Antonio Hart and others.

As a duo on two pianos, Hila and Jan celebrate a programme of great jazz classics, mixed with folk songs from Israel and Germany as well as their own compositions.
